Terms of work

How I work with clients and the terms for using this site. Anything specific to your job we also write down in our correspondence before work starts.

Updated 24 September 2026

1The site

The information on this site is for reference and isn’t a public offer. Timelines are given for a task of average size. The exact timeline and price depend on your task.

2How work starts

We discuss the task, and I write down what will be done, by when, for what price and how payment works. Work starts once you confirm these terms.

3Payment

The price is fixed before work starts and doesn’t grow unless the scope changes. We agree on the payment method and schedule in advance. There’s no hourly billing.

4Changes during the work

Revisions within the agreed task are included in the price. If a new task comes up, I name its time and price separately and you decide whether to go ahead.

5Handover

Along with the result I hand over the source code, access and a guide. If needed, I help launch the project on your server or hosting.

6Ownership

Once paid in full, the code written for your task is yours. Third-party libraries and services are used under their own licences.

7Bugs after handover

I fix bugs found in delivered work free of charge. We agree before work starts on how long this applies.

8Liability

I’m not responsible for outages of third-party services the project relies on: Telegram, hosting, payment providers, other people’s APIs. If one happens, I’ll help you sort it out.

9Confidentiality

I don’t share your data, access or materials received for the work with anyone. A project appears in my portfolio only with your consent.
